Biography

Dr. Grandstaff received a Ph. D. in History in May of 1992 from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. His Major was American History-Cold War America, The American Military Experience, Foreign Relations, and Comparative Military Cultures; his Minor was Organizational Culture and Systems Theory.
