Biography

Dr. Holmes received his B.A. in 1966 from Brigham Young University, his M.A. in 1968 from the University of Colorado, his Ph.D. in 1972 from the University of Colorado, a Certificate of Completion in 1977 from the Newberry Institute of Quantitative History, and a Certificate of Completion in 1991 from the German Script Seminar, Moravian Archives.
