Educator Preparation and Licensure System

What is it?
Educator is the online system to track your progress in the teaching major. You must have an Educator account in order to:
- apply for fingerprinting and background check,
- apply for the major,
- and apply for student teaching or internship.
Educator is not a replacement for your course MAP or meeting with your academic advisor as needed.
When and how should I create my account?
Creating an Educator account is one of the first things you should do once you know you want to be a teaching major.
The Educator Student Guide will walk you through creating an account and submitting any necessary applications.
